Jim Mangas - Founder & CEO
Jim Mangas is a safety professional with over 25 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) across a wide range of industries, including construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and energy. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Columbia Southern University.
Throughout his career, Jim has built a reputation for combining technical safety expertise with a leadership-driven approach that inspires cultural transformation in organizations. He is passionate about helping companies move beyond compliance to build workplaces where safety, productivity, and employee well-being go hand in hand. Jim specializes in safety training, compliance audits, policy development, and leadership coaching, tailoring solutions that are practical, effective, and culture-focused.

Revolutionary Safety Services LLC was founded with a clear mission: to revolutionize the way organizations think about safety. We believe safety is more than rules and checklists—it’s a culture built on leadership, accountability, and shared values.
Our services include OSHA and MSHA compliance training, customized safety programs, system reviews, and on-site support. We also specialize in leadership and culture development programs, such as Culture Driven Safety and the 1819 Leadership Mapping Program, that empower organizations to integrate safety into the very fabric of their culture.

Founded in 2016, Revolutionary Safety Services has grown into a trusted partner for companies of all sizes by providing comprehensive training, consulting, and on-site support. Over the years, we have taught thousands of students and guided hundreds of organizations in achieving their goals, reducing injuries, and lowering workers’ compensation costs. Beyond compliance, our focus has been on developing strong leaders and transforming workplace cultures from reactive approaches to proactive safety mindsets—helping businesses build sustainable, results-driven safety programs that support both people and performance.
You will often see "1819" on our website, social media and in presentations. Its simply a different way to say "Revolutionary Safety" The letter "R" is the 18th letter of the alphabet, "S" is the 19th letter - Revolutionary Safety.
